Prior to joining Bridgegap, Akarsh held key leadership roles including Regional Manager at Interior Company and Assistant General Manager at Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd.. He has also worked with prominent brands such as HomeLane and Redington Limited, where he honed his expertise in managing teams, driving customer experience, and delivering brand excellence.

Known for his creativity, punctuality, and resilient mindset, Akarsh thrives in fast-paced environments and believes in consistently raising the bar through innovation and discipline.

Outside of work, Akarsh is a passionate football enthusiast and a devoted supporter of Real Madrid Football Club. He also nurtures a love for creative design and calligraphy, often channeling his artistic sensibilities into personal projects.
