Being a sales and marketing professional for over 20 years now, Vipin has worked on some of the top FMCG brands in the country. He has worked with Hindustan Pencils, United Spirits, Cavinkare and Emami in his corporate stint spreading almost a decade. He has been instrumental in some of the key launches in the industry which have been the benchmark in the industry.

He has played an imperative role in launching Nataraj Pens helping Hindustan Pencils enter into office stationery. He has turned around the de-growing McDowell’s No.1 portfolio by launching McDowell’s No.1 Platinum which did 1 million cases of volume sales in the first year of Launch. During his time at Emami, he was heading Boro Plus portfolio wherein he was instrumental in driving strategy for urban penetration for the brand and launching Boro Plus face wash.

After working for corporates for almost a decade, he decided to start Bridgegap Consultants, a brand & strategy consulting firm in May 2014. He is a widely published thought leader and acclaimed public speaker on strategy.

He is an avid runner and runs half-marathons, along with his passion for cricket which has been his lifeline and the best place to rejuvenate his grey cells as many of his strategies also takes an analogy from the sport.
